Cancellation policy: As a courtesy, please remember to call us as soon as you know that you will be unable to make your scheduled appointment and we'd be happy to rebook it for you. If you miss an appointment or fail to give us 24 hours notice you will be required to pay a fee of 50% of your service total. For group events, cancellations must be made seven days prior to the scheduled event. On the day of the event, no-shows will be charged in full.
